See How You Can Help

There are so many ways to join in with Otterton Football Club that don’t even require you to kick a football. We are one of the smallest local football clubs playing our standard of football, and as such rely on the generosity of the local community for their support behind the scenes, enabling the teams to go out and represent the village at weekend. This is where you come in.

We are always in need of people to help out in one shape or form, and as a result have a 'vacancies' page, advertising ways in which we would be grateful of some assistance. It may be the case that you can help the club in an additional way that we had not previously thought about.

In the past we have had people help marking the pitch, decorating the changing rooms and making tea for supporters, and with the need for a toilet extension if the first team get promoted again to the premier, there are plenty of opportunities to help out.

If you want to take a more direct role in how the club is run you can offer to join the committee and have formal say in the big decisions. Joining the committee will also give you the chance to present new ideas to existing committee members, meaning we will be able to implement new innovative ideas directly into the club.

If you are interested in playing for one of the football teams that is great too, and the best way to do so is to turn out at one of our training sessions at Stantaway playing fields. We are always on the look out for new talent to push the teams even further forward.
